The Shanty, open Friday & Saturday 3pm-to close, is where we pour rare Devils Backbone beers and a wide selection of aged spirits, with a focus on whiskey. Light, made-to-order breakfast fare and specialty coffee is available in The Summit Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7am-12pm. Fast-casual is available outside at the Oak Grill along with beer and wine at the Outdoor Bar. We are dog friendly- dogs must be on a leash in the Meadows. The Brewpub opens daily at 11:30am & we serve brunch on Sundays 11:30am – 2pm. We pour fresh craft beer from our 16 taps and our pub menu specializes in oak wood -fired smoked dishes and local fare. This is our “test kitchen” for recipe development. The pilot brewery is where we craft our recipes on a traditional German designed 10 Hectoliter (8.5 barrel) brewing system.
